These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

ORDERING & PAYMENT DETAILS
It is up to the Customer to ensure that all the details they provide at the time of ordering are true & correct. The Customer is responsible for checking that all items, quantities and details are correct before they proceed with payment. This includes the Customers name, billing and delivery address, phone number, e-mail address.
Cutting Edge Wallpapering is not liable for any complaints which are the result of Customer imputing incorrect details at check-out.
Payment can be made by PayPal, Visa & MasterCard.
We also take phone orders during business hours 03 5974 2112.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. All sales made to Australian residents will include GST tax. Non-Australian based customers will not incur this tax.
All sales are final at the point of sale and CANNOT be cancelled.
INSTALLATION, WARRANTY, LIABILITY
Cutting Edge Wallpapering responsibility only applies for product faults and defects during the manufacture of the product. As a purchaser, you should check all products for faults before installation. If the product is defective in any way a full replacement will be provided upon acceptance of the alleged fault.
We stand by all our products. All our products are from accredited distributors/suppliers and are NOT replicas NOR seconds products.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the goods on arrival, including the quantities, style, colour and batch numbers of the wallpaper.
Faulty merchandise will only be accepted on uncut rolls. We will not accept any responsibility for the wallpaper being incorrectly hung, or for installers who continue to hang faulty products.
If a fault is detected during installation, the wallpaper hanger/installer must cease hanging the wallpaper and contact us immediately on 03 5974 2112. We will require photo evidence of the fault, details of the installation application, and in some cases, require physical proof.
We suggest installation only by professionals. We will not accept liability for any defect or claim that is greater than the value of the wallpaper purchase. Claims are not liable after the wallpaper has been cut, hung, or any other treatment has been applied to the wallpaper. If you install (DIY), you do so at your own risk.
Cutting Edge Wallpapering will not give a refund for incorrect choice or incorrect quantities. The onus of responsibility is upon the Purchaser to correctly assess the quantity of your order at the time of payment.
We will not be liable for any lost deliveries due to the Australia Post &/or local Postal Services. We will provide tracking information at the request of the Customer.
If you purchase a roll/s of wallpaper without purchasing a sample of that product (from Cutting Edge Wallpapering) you do so at your own risk. Screen colours on computers and mobile devices can differ, therefore Cutting Edge Wallpapering takes no responsibility for a Customer purchasing wallpaper that they believe to be the incorrect colour or texture.
If the wallpapers/samples are in stock, please allow up to 5-10 working days for delivery.
If we need to order in the wallpapers/samples, please allow 10-20 working days for delivery.
If we believe your order will not be delivered within the above time frames we will contact you.

03 5974 2112 as we may be able to assist you with express shipping at an additional cost.
All our wallpaper orders will require a signature on delivery.
All samples will be sent by Australia Post and will not require a signature.
Each Country has their own Customs Import /Duty Tax. If you are an international customer, the onus is on you as the recipient of the goods, to pay for any Customs Import/Duty Tax that maybe payable in your Country.
Samples can be ordered via our website. We have a limit of only one sample per style/colour and 10 samples per customer.
We aim for our samples to be A4 size, however in some cases, due to stock supplies, the size of the sample may vary from the A4 size.
The purpose of our samples is to provide the Customer a guide of the colour & texture of the wallpaper.
We strongly recommend that you order a sample as the colours displayed on the website may vary to the real product.
We take no responsibility for a Customer incorrectly purchasing wallpaper that they believe to be the incorrect colour or texture.
The Customer/Purchaser is to contact us immediately on 03 5974 2112 during business hours if they believe their merchandise is faulty or their order is incorrect.
All complaints must be submitted within 7 working days of delivery.
Cutting Edge Wallpapering takes your privacy seriously and our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 and the SPAM Act of 2003. You can be confident that any information you provide to us will be managed carefully. The information you provide us may be stored on our own database, and may be used for marketing or other communications at some stage. We will not disclose your information to any third parties.
Cutting Edge Wallpapering cares for our environment. When we can, we will recycle all wallpaper packaging boxes. Please understand that if your packaging looks second hand, it is because we have re-used it to help minimise our carbon footprint.
