PUBLIC LIABILITY
removablewallpaper.com.au liability for any defect or claim is limited to the value of the purchase only. Claims are not liable after the wallpaper has been cut, or any other treatment has been applied to the wallpaper.
RETURNING GOODS
Faulty Merchandise will only be accepted on uncut rolls, within 7 days of delivery. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the goods. If you do find a fault please contactremovablewallpaper.com.au immediately as no goods will be accepted unless we have had prior notice.
SAMPLE REQUESTS
Non faulty goods will not be refunded so we advise you to request wallpaper samples to ensure you have made the correct choice, samples can be ordered by using the drop down menu in the product. All returned items are done so at your cost and must have prior written acceptance by removablewallpaper.com.au
Samples can be ordered by using the drop down menu in the product screen. THERE IS FREE DELIVERY FOR SAMPLES. If there is no option for the 'sample' then we are currently unable to obtain samples of that product. In some cases (popular products) we may need to order the sample in from overseas this may require a 14 day wait.

removablewallpaper.com.au cares for our environment. When we can, we will recycle all wallpaper packaging boxes. Please understand that if your packaging looks second hand, it is because we have re-used it to help minimise our carbon footprint.
